Useful Stuff That’s Useful to Use
I’m starting a new series. I’ve been able to find some great stuff online that enhance the browsing (and other) experience. So I’m going to share.
This was an amazing find. I’ve always liked email signatures. I enjoy getting one from somebody that allows me to see some additional informaion about them that’s useful. Problem is, I’ve slowly moved away from email clients because Gmail’s webmail experience is just too good. So I was stuck with Gmail’s plain text signature. Until now…
WiseStamp has developed a Firefox extension (yes you should be using Firefox), that allow for a fairly robust signature. And it works with Gmail, Yahoo!Mail, Hotmail, and AOL Mail. That’s the big ones, and it’s only a matter of time before most major webmail services are being used.
As you can see, my 5 minute signature looks fairly nice, with loads of great information, and that’s not even my final one. I’ll spend a little more time on my final one, but this shows the concept. Here’s what their creators have done with the signatures that you can use for inspiration:
